i heard that the three powereful places in the world are Vatican for religious/spiritual power, London for monitary power and Washington DC for military power. and all three are independant and not ruled by a country. i know its true for the Vatican, they are their own country. and i know its true for Washington DC, people living there have no representation in congress because they are not part of the USA. but LONDON? are they really not controled by england? do they not have representation in legislature?

Washington DC is definitely a part of the US.

You are mistaken on the Wahington,D.C. part. They do not have representation in congress not because they are not part of the USA, they do not have representation in congress because they are not part of a state. The D.C. stands for District of Columbia, rest assured Wahington,D.C. is part of the USA

Your information is entirely wrong. London IS a part of England, as Washington DC IS a part of the United States. Washington DC does not have reps in Congress but the DO have 3 electoral votes in a Presidential election. The Vatican is a separate state.
