Well I have no idea if the Vatican has any Pages of the Bible left out of the Bible but ya never know. heck there is evidence some valuable books were left out of the Final Canon such as The book of the Wars of The Lord and the Book of Jasher.

I don't know anything about time machines, but supposedly there were certain writings accepted and others rejected when the new testament was compiled. Some theorize (as made popular in the DaVinci Code) that among those left out were the writings of Mary Magdalene.

There's nothing hidden about the books that the Catholic church decided not to include in their bible. I'm constantly amazed at people who think that the bible is some devine piece of literature. It's a book compiled so as to prove a point. Anything that might have contradicted that point was deleted by 'good' Catholic scholars.

For an interesting book on what got included in the Bible and what got changed read Misquoting Jesus : The Story Behind Who Changed the Bible and Why by Bart Ehrman. As for the many Vatican treasures you might want to take a look at the book In the Footsteps of Popes: A Spirited Guide to the Treasures of the Vatican by Enrico Bruschini. Happy reading.
