He has his own apartment in the Vatican. Where he lives is pretty plain, but he has his own cafeteria, hospital, etc. I think he preaches in St. Peter's Square every Sunday, and if you can fight the crowds anyone can go.

The vatican is a small town. The pope's residence is there. Like all priests, he says mass every day. He can write his own homilies. Sometimes there are public audiences where anybody/everybody can come to see him. There are also smaller audiences you need to arrange for in advance if you want to be there. Sometimes only a few people are there. Sometimes hundreds. Sometimes thousands.

The Holy Father lives in an apartment near St. Peter's Basilica, which is the cathedral you are thinking of. The Vatican is another name for the Holy See, it is the entire complex of buildings that make up the physical headquarters of the Catholic Church. The Pope does speak regularly, however he does not lead Mass every Sunday. The Pope is the Bishop of Rome. Bishops typically do not celebrate (meaning lead) Mass on a regular basis. That is done by a normal Parish Priest.

He lives in Vatican City which is a country only a fe4w mile4s wide inside Italy. I don't know his preachings but I know a LOT of people come to see them.

Vatican City is the world's smallest country, and is comprised of all the buildings that make up the headquarters of the Catholic Church. St. Peter's Basillica is the large church in Vatican City, but the pope's Cathedral is actually St. Paul's Outside the Wall (as the Bishop of Rome, he has a cathedral). He will pray the Mass every day, but not necessarily publically. His lessons can be given during a Sunday Homily (sermon), Wednesday Audience (where he preaches over St. Peter's Square) or in Papal Bulls or Encyclicals, which are letters written to the churches and laity, just as the apostles did. Some audiences require tickets which can be obtained through your local Parish Priest, I belive others are open to the public, provided you can find a place to stand.
